  • ASSISTANT HEAD OF COMMUNITY, EQUITY AND BELONGING

    Assuming the role in July 2021, CDS is seeking an Associate Head of Community, Equity and Belonging (AHoCEB) who is responsible for engaging with internal and external stakeholders to advance racial equity and inclusion in all aspects of the school’s culture and organizational practice. Reporting to the Head of School, and a member of the executive leadership and senior administrative team, the AHoCEB will be charged with leading a strategic effort to deepen our institutional commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through innovation in enrollment strategies, marketing, communications, and community partnerships. Leading and supervising a team that includes the Directors of Enrollment Management, Inclusion, and Communications, the AHoCEB will partner closely with the Head of School, the Senior Leadership Team, and the Board of Trustees to forward and amplify the school’s Mission, Beliefs, and Values.
  • MIDDLE SCHOOL DIRECTOR

    Assuming the role in July 2021, CDS is seeking an innovative, dynamic, and civic-minded Middle School Director to provide strategic leadership to build upon the strength of the current program for grades 5-8 and continue to learn together. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, experienced middle school administrator aligned with the CDS Beliefs and Values looking to make an impact on the community. Reporting to the Head of School, this senior administrative position is responsible for providing outstanding leadership for the students, faculty, and families connected to the middle school.

  • DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND OPERATION (DFO)

    The Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) is responsible for the overall internal controls and management of the business and financial operations of Children’s Day School including accounting, tax, budgeting, financial reporting and analysis, financial aid (sliding scale), payroll/human resources, risk management and facilities. This is a senior leadership position reporting directly to the Head of School.  The DFO is a strategic partner with the Head of School and supports various Board committees, including Finance, Audit, and Facilities.
